Hustle Launch operates Mission Control at mc.hustlelaunch.com and its companion applications. This policy describes personal information handled through the service and how to contact us about it.
Our role and workspace information
We manage information needed to operate customer accounts, subscriptions, security, and support. A customer organization also chooses what client, contact, employee, and visitor information it places in its workspace and how it uses that information. We handle that workspace information to provide the service and carry out the customer's instructions.
If an agency or marketing department added your information, its own privacy practices also matter. Contact that organization about its marketing, its use of your data, or a message it sent. You may also contact us for help identifying the appropriate workspace administrator. This policy is not a substitute for a separate data-processing agreement where one is required.
Information handled by the service
- Account and team information: sign-in identifiers, names, email addresses, workspace membership, roles, invitations, and client portal permissions.
- Business and work content: client and location details, contact names and contact information, company records, notes, opportunities, projects, tasks, website audit results, reports, and files you provide.
- Communications and publishing: message recipients and senders, message bodies, supported attachments, delivery information, social drafts, schedules, publication results, and related activity records.
- Connected accounts: provider account and location identifiers, display details, granted permissions, and credentials needed for the connection. OAuth connections can include access and refresh tokens.
- Billing information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, the chosen plan, subscription status, billing periods, and related reconciliation records. Subscription agreement records include the accepting administrator's user identifier, acceptance time, policy version, workspace, chosen plan, and checkout reference. Stripe collects and processes payment details; Mission Control does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Visitor and operational information: information submitted through a customer's website messaging widget, session identifiers, browser or device information received when accessing the service, network information, request logs, errors, and security events. The widget processes network addresses for abuse prevention and stores a hash used for its rate controls.
- Support information: the correspondence and diagnostic information you choose to send us.
Website audits process information from the websites selected by a customer. Results can include page addresses, titles, metadata, headings, technical findings, and measured performance. Run an audit only with the appropriate authority, especially when website content includes personal information.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, maintain subscriptions, operate requested workflows, deliver communications, connect selected services, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We also use relevant records to reconcile payments, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your organization controls its campaigns and recipient choices. Using Mission Control does not itself give that organization permission to send marketing to a person. Operational account and security messages are separate from optional promotional communications; you can ask us to stop promotional messages addressed to you.
Who receives information
Authorized workspace members can access information allowed by their roles. Client portal users receive the access granted to them by the workspace. Content deliberately published or sent outside the workspace is available to its intended recipients or audience.
We use Clerk for authentication, Convex for backend processing, database and file storage, Vercel for web hosting, and Stripe for payments and subscription management. These providers receive information needed for their functions and may also have their own privacy notices and responsibilities.
Email sent to our support, privacy, billing, and sales addresses passes through hosting.com email forwarding and Google Gmail, where we receive and handle the correspondence. Avoid including passwords, account tokens, or full card details in an email request.
When the relevant features are configured and used, Resend processes email, Twilio processes SMS/MMS, and connected services such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google Business Profile, or LinkedIn receive the content and account information needed for your requested actions. An enabled external worker or customer-approved automation destination may also process the information needed for that workflow. A provider appearing here does not mean every integration is available to every workspace.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to investigate misuse and protect accounts, people, or the service. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, storage, and security
Sign-in and service features use cookies and similar browser storage. The website messaging widget uses session storage to maintain the visitor's conversation session in that browser tab. Blocking necessary cookies or storage can prevent these features from working. Native applications also keep local connection and session settings; secure shared devices and sign out when appropriate.
We use workspace access controls and encrypt stored connected-account tokens. Access to the encryption key is needed to use those tokens. These protections reduce risk but do not make any system immune to unauthorized access or data loss. Keep your credentials secure and let us know promptly about a suspected problem.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, billing, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Relevant factors include whether a workspace is active, the type of information, customer instructions, and obligations that require keeping a record. We do not promise a single retention period for all records or indefinite storage after a subscription ends.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete workspace data. Disconnecting a provider removes the saved connection credentials used by Mission Control; revoke access with the provider as well. Previously sent messages or published content may remain with recipients or the external provider. Expiring a visitor session does not erase the contact or conversation a customer has retained in its CRM.
Deletion requests may require action by both the workspace administrator and Hustle Launch. Some information may need to remain for the purposes described above, and backup copies may be subject to separate deletion handling. We will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request rather than promise immediate erasure from every system.
Your choices and requests
Workspace administrators can manage team access, connected accounts, client portal grants, and the product's available exports. Supported CSV and report exports cover particular records; they are not a complete account backup or a universal self-service deletion tool.
Contact michael@hustlelaunch.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about other privacy rights that apply to you. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Where information is controlled by a customer workspace, we may refer the request to that customer or assist it with the request. Applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where relevant; this policy does not remove those rights.
Mission Control is designed for business use and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our service, contact us so we can investigate.
Changes and contact
We will publish updates with an effective date and communicate material changes through the service or an account notice when appropriate.
