These Terms govern Mission Control at mc.hustlelaunch.com and its companion applications, operated by Hustle Launch ("we," "us," or "our"). By accepting these Terms when creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. You must have authority to commit that organization. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; our Refunds and Cancellations Policy applies to subscription payments.
Your workspace and users
Mission Control provides business tools for agencies and marketing teams, including client and location management, CRM, projects, website audits, and supported communications and publishing workflows. Available integrations depend on configuration, your permissions, and the external provider's requirements.
Keep your sign-in information secure and your account details accurate. Workspace administrators control team access, connected accounts, billing, and client portal permissions. Your organization is responsible for its authorized users and their instructions. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, and remove access when a user no longer needs it.
Each subscription covers one workspace. Current monthly plans are Starter at $49 for 3 team seats, Agency Pro at $149 for 15 team seats, and Enterprise at $499 for 100 team seats, in US dollars. Active members and unexpired pending invitations use seats. Client portal guests with limited client access do not use team seats. The Enterprise name alone does not include a service-level agreement, SSO, or a compliance certification.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize Stripe, our payment provider, to collect the recurring amount and any additional amount you approve during a plan change. Review the total presented before confirming payment. No free trial is included in these plans.
Administrators can manage payment methods, invoices, plans, and cancellation through the billing controls in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Reduce your team and pending invitations to the new seat allowance before a downgrade takes effect to avoid interrupted paid features.
Unpaid, expired, or otherwise ineligible subscriptions may lose access to paid actions and background work. Available billing recovery and export functions remain subject to your account permissions. Cancellation does not itself request deletion of your data, and continued access after a subscription ends is not a commitment to store data indefinitely.
We will communicate changes to recurring plan prices before they apply to a future renewal. You may cancel before that renewal. Refund eligibility is described in the Refunds and Cancellations Policy. Separate third-party services may have their own fees and terms; a Mission Control subscription does not include unspecified provider charges.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You authorize us to store, process, reproduce, and transmit it as needed to operate Mission Control, provide support, and carry out your instructions, including sending approved content to a connected provider. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.
You must have the necessary rights to the data, websites, accounts, and content you connect or use. Obtain required notices, permissions, and consents for personal information, marketing messages, and communications. Review recipients, content, schedules, and automation before enabling them. Only audit websites you own or have authority to assess.
Do not use Mission Control for unlawful messages, impersonation, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, evasion of provider restrictions, or interference with another workspace or service. Do not upload full payment-card details or use the service as a repository for regulated health records.
Hustle Launch and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, and branding, subject to any licenses distributed with particular software components. These Terms do not give you ownership of them.
External services and results
Connecting a service authorizes the actions you select within the granted permissions. External providers control their own approvals, limits, delivery, availability, and account enforcement. Disconnect an account in Mission Control and revoke its authorization at the provider when you want to remove both forms of access.
Audit findings and reports support your decisions and may require verification. We do not promise search rankings, revenue, message delivery, publication approval, or uninterrupted external integrations. Review uncertain delivery or publication status before retrying an action that could create a duplicate.
Suspension and ending service
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, a security threat, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it; urgent circumstances may require immediate action. Contact us about a restriction you believe is mistaken.
You can stop using the service and cancel renewal. Export information you need and request any additional data assistance before closing your account. Data handling after closure follows our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations, rather than a guaranteed retention period.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. You remain responsible for evaluating its suitability for your business and maintaining the records you need.
To the extent permitted by law, Hustle Launch's total liability arising from the service or these Terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid to Hustle Launch for the affected workspace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or other nonwaivable rights.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will publish the revised version and effective date, and communicate material changes through the service or your account email before they apply. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accrued refund right.
